Main Motors, Elgin

Main Motors Project

Main Motors is a well known used car sales garage in Elgin, Moray. In order to reach more potential customers and in response to substantial demand they have decided to put their range of cars online for viewing. This project consists of layout and site design, and the development of an entire web based application with the capability to add/edit/delete stock items. The whole site is built on a database, with the scripts that interact with the database producing efficient code that validates to the strictest standards. Keith Hayllar Photography, Burghead

Keith Hayllar Photography Website

A professional photographer based in Burghead near Elgin in Moray, Keith was looking for a website to assist in promoting his services to new clients. In addition there was a requirement to display event photography online, allowing the client the ability to view their photographs and subsequently order specific prints. The site makes use of a 'lightbox' script to showcase high quality images against a clean black background, a combination that creates incredible impact. This is quite obviously a plug for our own site and services; however the site has gone through a rather major redevelopment during July 2008. Although the site was already established, following further enhancement of our search engine optimisation skills we decided that some 'behind the scenes' changes would better showcase the services provided. The addition of some new and improved images and content completed the website redesign. This is one of the sites that is to be used in the SEO Case Studies page, with the site redesign providing a perfect benchmark for 'before-and-after' statistics.
