It’s really important for all types of business to recognise how people find the services they need these days. This is exactly the reason Dey Electrical Ltd approached us back in 2008. They were aware of not so local competitors picking up work in their area, and guess what it was the competitors site that was pulling them in! This is a traditional service based business site detailing the vast range of services that Dey Electrical Ltd provide.
Simple effective navigation was one of the criteria for this site and is achieved using some stylish ‘accordion’ style menus, guiding you around the various pages on the site. One feature that Dey Electrical Ltd were keen to have was an area showing feedback from their customers, and we were only too happy to oblige! A simple admin system allows for easy addition and removal of comments which are then displayed in an area on every page on the site. There is also a customer feedback page that displays all the comments in the system.
This is an ongoing project and we are continuing to work with Dey Electrical Ltd on the site with some changes in store during 2009, and a focus on search engine marketing.
