It took a little longer than we would have liked but it’s here, and ready to go! This has been part of a re-brand for Moray Web Solutions which includes the new website with enhanced blog facilities, a new logo and a new phone number!
Okay so the new phone number was not really part of the re-brand, we moved to a new voice over IP service and took the opportunity of grabbing a new more memorable number at the same time. So what’s this lovely new site going to offer to make it that bit different?
First and foremost the new site is acting as a showcase of the web design services that Moray Web Solutions have to offer, and a portfolio of examples of some of the projects that we have worked on. The second aspect of the site is for fellow web designers, developers and freelancers; along with those interested in learning a little more about the world of web design.
The blog is really where things will happen from now on with regular updates on what projects we have on the go, latest sites to go live along with any other developments with the business itself. We have created an ‘articles’ category where we will publish information, hints and tips that could help you make better use of the Internet for your business. The third category in the blog is the tutorials section, this is the one that we are really excited about as it will help us as much as it may other web designers and developers, and those finding their feet in web design. As and when we receive suggestions for tutorials, or when we discover a little trick or technique that would handy for us to remember we will stick it in there!
This whole site has been built using WordPress and is a prime example of how it can now be used to support a business website and not just a simple blog. Over time we will be adding additional features as well as polishing up some bits and pieces that are already here…
