Having spent a lot of time this week looking at the E-Commerce solution Magento, I thought I would share some great examples of sites that use it. These show the flexibility that Magento offers from a design point of view, and what can be achieved. It should be noted that these are websites that I have gathered for inspiration, not sites that Moray Web Solutions have designed or developed.

For a while now I have been considering offering some basic graphic design services, until now the main focus has always been design for web. Having been approached with a request for assistance in finding a logo designer I offered to provide the service myself and the results can now be seen.

Yesterday saw the launch of our most recent project at Moray Web Solutions. Although in page count it’s a very small site (one main page!) we are really pleased with the results, and more importantly so is our client! Through the inclusion of a number of techniques the site offers visitors a range of up to the minute information, all fed directly from other sites within the network and Twitter!

Having had a lot of interest from the Central Belt of Scotland in the last few months we are now looking for more Edinburgh, Glasgow and Fife based businesses to work with. It is only natural that as a business grows it should spread a little further afield and that is what we are aiming to do, added to the fact that we enjoy good working relationships with several business clients and designers in the area.
